Returns Policy

We do not provide refunds for “change of mind” returns. Please email us at enquiry@timetocreate.com.au if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. If you have used the product sent in any way, shape or form, we will not provide a refund unless there is a physical fault with a product.

We will not provide a refund until the manufacturer has confirmed the fault with their product. If the issue with the product is due to incorrect use, not following instructions provided with the product, or on their website, or directly from a company employee, no refund will be issued. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. Therefore we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Time To Create will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. If you send us an item for a refund and it does not fit within our refund policy, the goods will be held until return postage payment is paid by the goods owner. We will not pay for postage to return items to you if it fails to meet our refund policy.

These conditions may be changed by Time To Create at any time. We reserve the right to waive these rights if required. This policy does not reduce any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Legislation.
